Welcome to Milky & Coco’s Kit-Tea Café, Vancouver, WA’s first-ever cat lounge. A place where tea is warm, whiskers are welcome, and every visit helps give shelter cats a second chance at a loving home.

Inspired by our own feline founders, Milky (the mischievous, cuddly acrobat) and Coco (the laid-back, window-gazing philosopher), this café isn’t just about warm drinks and cozy vibes, it’s about creating a community where humans and cats can connect, relax, and make a difference.

Working with local cat shelters, our café will provide a home-like environment for adoptable cats while offering a welcoming space for visitors to unwind, sip locally-sourced coffee, teas, and snacks… and maybe even find their new furry best friend. We also plan to collaborate with autism support centers and assisted living facilities and dementia clinics, bringing the joy of feline companionship to those who need it most.

VINCE
A Vancouver native, Vince Le brings over 20 years of restaurant and hospitality experience, along with a decade in sales and several years supporting local businesses through tax preparation. His background in customer service, operations, and financial management helps drive the day-to-day success and long term vision of Milky & Coco’s Kit-Tea Cafe.

CHRISTIANNA
With 20 years of experience in marketing, graphic design, and creative direction, Christianna Alfonso brings the heart and personality of Milky & Coco’s Kit-Tea Cafe to life. Her background in branding, food service, administration, and team organization helps create a memorable guest experience both behind the scenes and on the café floor.

DIANA
A Vancouver resident since 2000, Diana Perez brings over two decades of leadership, public service, and community advocacy experience. Her background in strategic planning, program management, operations, biology, and community engagement helps guide Milky & Coco’s Kit-Tea Cafe mission of building meaningful connections for both people and animals.
