Reservations are recommended for community events and entry into the Cat Lounge and can be made online in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

Admission

  1. Cat Lounge visits are booked in 1-hour sessions on the hour.

  2. Admission is $20 per person, per session.

  3. All guests must acknowledge and accept a waiver prior to entering the Cat Lounge.

Cat Lounge Age Policy

To help ensure a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment for both our cats and guests, our Cat Lounge has the following age requirements:

  • Children under 8 years old are not permitted in the Cat Lounge.

  • Guests ages 8–13 must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). Each paying adult receives complimentary Cat Lounge admission for one child ages 8–13. Additional children must be accompanied by their own paying adult.

Before Your Visit

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in.

  • The Cat Lounge is socks-only. Shoes must be removed before entering. Socks are available for purchase if needed.

  • Food is not permitted in the Cat Lounge. Covered beverages purchased from the café are welcome.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times.

  • Late arrivals are welcome to join their session; however, the reservation will still end at the originally scheduled time.

  • Missed time due to late arrival cannot be extended or refunded.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are non-refundable.

Cat Lounge Etiquette

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both cats and guests:

  • Please use gentle voices and movements.

  • Do not pick up cats unless invited to do so.

  • Allow cats to approach you on their own terms.

  • Follow all staff instructions while in the lounge.
